Frédéric loves mountain biking whom he practice whenever he can onto hills around Lyon, but not only.

He is also a profesional recruiter of executives and leaders as well as HR practices (assessment, individual support…) for more than 25 years. Based in Lyon, he has created his own structure in 2010 and recently get associated with.

They perfectly know the economic tissue of Auvergne Rhône Alpes region and perhaps beyond as today they push away the borders by working in Europe, among other things in sectors such as : industry, retail and construction.
