Music, aesthetic, work and movements of the bodies into space are the components of the living art of dancing, which inspires Esther and makes her dream!

A routine of changes between two countries, Spain and France with few international moments allows her to dance with passion, joy, exigency, preparation and a lot of adaptations.

“Pirouettes”, “arabesques” and “grands jetés” of her professional career led her to the support and development of people in their working environment.

She dances with the organizations’ needs and objectives in their movements for improvement, change or transformation. She seized with sensitivity and flexibility the ‘here and now’ of the people’s music to create an overall dynamic in order to enable each and every one to grow in their role and for the collective good.
